Over our 21-month hold, the ownership re-tenanted and renovated two units while investing a total of $85k in capital improvements. Our efforts resulted in a 154% increase to Net Operating Income (NOI) with the two re-tenanted units unlocking over $1.1mm in upside. On January 7th 2016, we sold the property for $3,400,000. Investors realized a 35.1% total return on their capital, or 18.75% annual return on their investment.
