Red Bridge Partners SF, LLC acquired this 7-unit, mixed-use apartment building located in NOPA area of San Francisco, CA in December 2015.  During our investment period, RB completed extensive renovations to 4 of 6 residential units. Renegotiated a favorable lease with the existing commercial tenant, and completed over $400k of capital improvements throughout the building including: new exterior and interior paint, all new double-paned windows, laundry room buildout, and several more.  Our investors realized a total return on investment (ROE) of 40.2%, and annualized return on investment of 19.3%
