Britt Miller has been an investor with Red Bridge Partners SF, LLC since 2005 and serves as one of it managing members since 2009. Britt’s real estate experience goes back 15 yrs when he started buying his first investment properties. Over the years, Britt has purchased and invested in over 85 acquisitions throughout the Western United States. Britt’s financing and acquisitions background, gives the partnership a disciplined perspective on the San Francisco multi-family market. Prior to Red Bridge, Britt worked in San Francisco from 2005 – 2009 for a commercial mortgage banker and multi-family syndicator handling debt placement and acquisitions in the Midwest & Mountain States. Britt is a licensed real estate agent. He currently owns and operates interests in apartment & office buildings in San Francisco, Nevada City, Sacramento, Denver CO, and Phoenix AZ.

Jeff Jurow is one of the founders of Red Bridge Partners SF, LLC and serves as one of its managing members Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California Davis. Jeff is a licensed real estate agent and was an Operations Manager for Citi Apartments, Inc., where he specialized in the management of “Class A” properties within the portfolio. Jeff has experience managing over 3,500 apartment units in San Francisco and San Mateo County worth in excess of over $850 million. Jeff left Citi Apartments after seven years of employment to focus on Red Bridge Partners SF, LLC. Jeff currently owns and operates interests in apartment buildings in San Francisco as well as ownership interest in commercial properties in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Cris began his career with KPMG, and then Bank of America before deciding to launch his career in real estate. With his extensive understanding of investment portfolios and valuations, he brings immense expertise to any real estate investment. Cris’s professional background is in accounting and finance, and received a BS in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and is a licensed CPA with the Califonia Board of Accountancy.
